    First let me say to you, Welcome home my brother in arms.
    The '60s were a troubling time as you know. The draft, the antiwar sentiment, being called a baby killer were hard things to deal with. You like I served and did not run off to beat the draft. So when I see and hear things that go contrary to my love of this Country, the warriors that have paid the ultimate price, family's  that grieve, etc, I have to stick up for my values. I hope I did not offend you as I was just me expressing my feelings.
    Love and peace are great, and I'm all for that, but they come at a heavy price.

    Any time Bro D..didn't offend me at all, thats whats great about our country, we can express our opion anyway we like, I repect your opion as mine is not far behind yours, however I have some buds from The nam that has gone on in their thoughts as you can see, I will not abandoned them for their thoughts as we fought side by side..sometimes it gets cloudy for them they forget what the sky looks like...LOL!..as a rule I do not talk much about that time in my life but, I will be very glad to share a few laughs and compare notes anytime, I must warn you that I am 70% deaf from a helo craSH SO IT MIGHT BE BETTER IF WE SEND MESSAGES ..lol! I can talk and listen on vent to a degree, so we might have to send PM's or I will wear yer ASS OUT SAYING HUH?...lol!
